Harwood Flats at North Bethesda

This project opened in the Fall 0f 2022 and features two interior courtyards with outdoor seating areas, firepits, pergola, outdoor kitchen/bar, as well as rooftop swimming pool and grill area. Located adjacent to the previously occupied White Flint mall, VIKA’s Landscape Architecture team created a beautiful streetscape design along Nicholson Lane and Huff Court.

VIKA’s Landscape Architecture team played a critical role in collaborating with the architect and developer to design the outdoor spaces and streetscapes to complement the architecture and program the amenities for the future tenants. VIKA’s LA services included schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration.
