Andy joined VIKA in 1998 and over the last 24 years has developed his professional skills from Instrument Man to a respected Survey Party Chief.  His vast experience includes several WMATA Metro Station projects, Capital One Headquarters, and the Pentagon Reconstruction Phoenix project, where he was one of the first field crews onsite 24 hours after the attack and was responsible for surveying the existing conditions of the crash site; critical stakeout of the blast windows; monitoring of the structure during the demolition phase; and construction stakeout for the rebuilding efforts.

Dan joined VIKA in 1996 after graduating from Lord Fairfax Community College, and over the last 26 years has developed his professional skill from Instrument Man to a respected Survey Party Chief.  His vast project experience includes transit-related surveying for several WMATA Metro Station projects, the National Museum of African American History, and the Pentagon Reconstruction Phoenix project., where he was one of the first field crews onsite 24 hours after the attack and was responsible for surveying the existing conditions of the crash site; and, construction stakeout for the rebuilding efforts
