Ms. Beaufort has 25 years of experience in the land development industry with responsibilities including preparing and managing the preparation of Entitlement Plans for a wide range of project types including residential, mixed-use urban infill and large-scale commercial projects. She is experienced in processing plans through the Maryland- National Capital Park and Planning Commission Planning Department in both Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties, as well as the cities of Rockville and Gaithersburg. Chanda has in-depth knowledge about the regulations and processes in these jurisdictions and has prepared a variety of plans including Sketch Plans, Project Plan, Schematic Design Plans, Detailed Site Plans, Preliminary Plans, Site plans, Landscape and Planting Plans, Natural Resource Inventories, and Forest Conservation and Tree Conservation Plans. Her additional duties include researching properties and writing numerous land use and feasibility reports. Chanda oversees the projects she manages from concept to site construction.
